The Support and Administrative Services Division is Commanded by Assistant Chief Susan Surgo.
The Support and Administrative Services Division is comprised of several bureaus, sections, and units that handle the everyday operations of the Toledo Police Department.
The Administrative Services Bureau is Commanded by Captain Michael Smith.
The Administrative Services Bureau is made up of two main sections:
Fiscal Affairs Section
The Fiscal Affairs Section handles budgetary concerns for the entire Toledo Police Department.
Personnel Section
The Personnel Section is responsible for all police and civilian personnel that make up the Toledo Police Department.
The Support Services Bureau is Commanded by Captain David Mueller.
The Support Services Bureau is made up of three main sections:
Planning, Research, and Inspections Section
The Planning, Research, and Inspections Section is comprised of several units including Accreditation, Technical Services, and Court Liaison.
Records Section
The Records Section is responsible for processing and maintaining all TPD records.
Training Section
The Training Section is responsible for all in-service training of current personnel and newly hired cadets attending the Toledo Police Academy for their initial six months of training.
